US-Japan-Taiwan Military Exercise: Taiwan Team Finally Proposes Response to CCP Threats

The "Taiwan Strait Defense Military Exercise," organized by the Taipei Institute of Political Economics, entered its second day today (11th). In this exercise, the Chinese People's Liberation Army has launched a full-scale attack on Taiwan. Unlike the first day when the Taiwan team did not respond to the entry of Chinese vessels within the 12 nautical miles, today they activated countermeasures and sought coordination with the United States and Japan.
In the first day's scenario, due to gray zone disruptions, the Chinese military entered Taiwan's 12 nautical mile zone without any response from the Taiwan team, effectively watching Taiwan being invaded. However, on the second day, the Taiwan team proposed viable solutions against the Chinese aggression, planning two shipping routes, one along the southern Okinawa area with naval escort, and another coordinated with the US and Japan.
As the exercise progressed, the Chinese military's attacks targeted strategic locations. The Control Team praised the Taiwan team's quick learning curve and encouraged further discussions on respectful yet effective measures to ensure national security.
