Nanying University Dance Department Performs at Japanese Soran Festival, Enhancing Taiwan-Japan Cultural Exchange
The Dance Department of Nanying University presented the piece 'Shadow Dance - Admiring Cherry Blossoms' at the 34th Yosakoi Soran Festival in Japan. This event received acknowledgment from the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation, with President Yang Zhenghong leading the team. They collaborated with various artists, including composer Liu Ziqi and costume designer Gu Tinglin. The dance piece is inspired by the themes of 'blooming', 'drifting', and 'celebrating' cherry blossoms, serving as a testament to the long-standing Taiwan-Japan relationship.
