Kaneko Hannosuke, known for its innovative offerings, presents the "Truffle Lobster Tempura Bowl," featuring air-freighted wild small lobsters, which are visually striking as they stand upright in the bowl. The dish offers a crispy outer layer and juicy interior, enhanced by a special sauce that blends the essence of traditional Edo-period recipes with the distinctive aroma of Italian black truffles.

The "Truffle Beef Tempura Bowl" features carefully selected Australian beef with just the right marbling, deep-fried to a golden crisp. When sliced, the layers of beef are visibly thick, and each bite reveals a delicate, crispy exterior paired with the special truffle sauce, complemented by shrimp, Japanese maitake mushrooms, seaweed, and soft-boiled eggs for a satisfying combination.

Additionally, the restaurant offers a value set called "Truffle Beef and Shrimp Set Meal," perfect for those seeking balanced dining. This set includes beef rolls, shrimp, a large vegetable pancake, maitake mushrooms, seaweed, and a special "truffle tempura dipping sauce," all for a reasonable price of ¥399.

Kaneko Hannosuke is also running a customer appreciation event; those who spend over ¥499 at the restaurant until June 30 will be eligible to enter a raffle for prizes including dining vouchers and cash discounts, with a grand prize of 52,000 miles (equivalent to roundtrip airfare to Japan), AirPods Pro 2, and a large rice cooker.
