The 2025 Autumn OUT Music Festival has announced that Thai bands FORD TRIO (PLUK-SEK Service) and quicksand bed will make their debut in Taiwan. The organizer, PIPE Live Music, revealed a star-studded lineup including Japanese artist Cornelius and four popular female Chinese singer-songwriters, sparking discussions online. Early bird tickets sold out quickly, prompting the organizers to invite two Thai bands to bring a unique Southeast Asian musical experience to Taiwanese fans.

quicksand bed is an independent pop band composed of vocalist and guitarist Game Sorawit, vocalist and bassist Jason Sotangkur, and drummer Not Napamonthon. Since their album release in 2021, they have garnered attention with their blend of funk, disco, and electronic music. Their latest EP, "After The First Wave," draws inspiration from a post-apocalyptic world, aiming to create a distinct “Thai-Taiwanese party.”

Another group, FORD TRIO, is known for their unique blend of funk elements with Neo Soul and psychedelic styles. Formed in 2017, they have released several popular tracks, seamlessly integrating traditional Thai instruments with modern melodies to create their distinctive "Thai Funk" style.

In addition to these Thai bands, the festival will also feature Taiwan's award-winning musical acts, including Golden Melody Award-winning band Hundred Flowers, as well as I'm a Scooter Girl and LINION, expected to add more vibrant performances to the festival.
