Guan Zhang Returns to Taiwan, Discusses Idol Path in China

Guan Zhang returned to Taiwan today (15th). The online celebrity, Guan Zhang (Chen Zhi-Han), recently spent 6 days and 5 nights in Shanghai, China, largely live-streaming his experiences, which sparked considerable discussion. Upon returning to Taiwan tonight, he revealed that he adopted an 'idol path' in China, and in response to potential insults or objects being thrown at him by critics at the airport, he provocatively said, 'Bring it on.'
After arriving at Taoyuan Airport, Guan Zhang stated, 'Go ahead, I’m ready to activate my dodgeball mode,' and criticized that what they call 'democracy and freedom' involves throwing things at others. He also mentioned he wouldn't stop for photos as he wanted to hurry home to prepare, worried that he might be attacked during the photo session.
He shared that he garnered significant admiration in China, with many Chinese internet users praising his looks and eloquence, suggesting he came across as well-educated. He humorously noted that while in China he was in 'idol mode', back in Taiwan he shifts to a 'comedy mode'. He also expressed his gratitude toward supportive fans and stated that his primary mission upon returning was to prevent an upcoming recall election, promising to revisit China in the future.
