Washington Shooting: Israeli Embassy Couple Shot, Male Just Bought Ring to Propose

A shocking shooting incident occurred in Washington D.C., resulting in the deaths of two Israeli embassy staff members. The shooter shouted "Free Palestine" during the arrest. Former President Trump expressed outrage, emphasizing that hate and extremism have no place in America.
According to the Israel Times, the victims were a couple, with the male recently purchasing a ring to propose to his girlfriend. The couple was attending an event at the Capital Jewish Museum, and they left around 9 PM, only to encounter the shooter and suffer fatal injuries.
Washington D.C. Police Chief Pamela Smith stated that despite all efforts to save them, the two victims succumbed to their injuries. The shooter has been identified as 30-year-old Elias Rodriquez from Chicago, Illinois.
Israeli Ambassador to the U.S., Yechiel Leiter, revealed that the victims were planning to get engaged in Jerusalem.
Trump made a statement on the Truth Social platform, condemning the anti-Semitic killings and offering condolences to the victims' families.
