Korean Star Hyorin to Perform at Penghu Music Festival with Stunning Lineup

Korean diva Hyorin has announced her participation in an upcoming music festival in Penghu. The Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation has revealed that the 2025 Penghu Wind Music and Light Festival will kick off next month under the theme 'Island Paradise', with concerts running from August 29 to September 26 on consecutive Fridays this year, and an extra concert on August 30, making a total of six shows at the Guanyin Pavilion in Penghu.
This year's festival features an unprecedented lineup, including Korea's sexy star Hyorin, hip-hop band 911, and legendary dance team ENERGY, among others. Additionally, dynamic diva Won-Lan, the newly crowned Golden Melody Awards winner TRASH, popular band Mr. Deer, the 25-year-old band Fire Extinguisher, Golden Melody King Xu Fukai, and the hit band OZONE will also perform.
Notably, Hyorin will make her grand entrance on the stunning opening night, expressing her excitement to connect with her Taiwan fans by saying, 'I truly look forward to meeting everyone in beautiful Penghu, creating wonderful summer memories with my music.' This will mark Hyorin's first summer music festival participation in 2025, dedicated to the tourism paradise of Penghu.
Excited about her first visit to Penghu, Hyorin said, 'I’ve heard that the scenery in Penghu is beautiful, and I’m eager to take part in the performance, having been searching for information about the area. The views of the Double Heart Stone Weir particularly attract me, and I hope to visit Penghu soon.'
Alongside her anticipated performances, fans can also look forward to new music from Hyorin. She revealed that after releasing the summer hit 'Wait' last year, she is currently preparing new recordings and aims to deliver more varied musical shows. On her social media, she shared a message of gratitude and connection with fans, expressing her desire to continue sharing her story through music.
