New Vietnamese Representative Phan Kieu Chung Attends Kainan University Graduation Ceremony, Praising Taiwan-Vietnam Educational Cooperation

Phan Kieu Chung, the new representative of the Vietnam Economic and Cultural Office in Taipei, attended the graduation ceremony of Kainan University for the first time since taking office, emphasizing the significance of international exchange. He praised Kainan University's achievements in internationalization, noting that of the nearly 1,500 international students, over 1,100 are from Vietnam, highlighting the institution's appeal to Vietnamese students.
In his speech, Representative Phan encouraged all graduates to cherish the knowledge and cultural experiences gained at Kainan University, transforming them into competitive advantages and contributions to society. He emphasized that graduation is not the end, but the beginning of a new journey, encouraging graduates to act as bridges between Vietnam and the world.
He also committed to continue supporting Vietnamese students studying in Taiwan, expressing gratitude for Kainan University's care and support for Vietnamese students and hoping for deepened educational and cultural cooperation in the future.
