Taipei Restaurant 'Golden' Launches Summer Menu with Special Event Featuring Chef Jun Lee

Taipei's contemporary Asian restaurant 'Golden' has unveiled a new summer menu curated by Michelin-starred chef Kin Lin. Drawing from his memories growing up in Hong Kong and a decade of culinary experiences in Taiwan, he presents a blend of international flavors.
Featured dishes include 'Grilled Beef Tongue' combining smoky Japanese izakaya char with spicy Mexican salsa, and 'Chicken Stuffed with Pepper' merging Cantonese soup styles with home-style Taiwanese flavors. Main courses like 'Beef Short Rib Char Siu' and 'Grilled Tiger Prawn' showcase innovative East-West fusions.
Additionally, on June 30, the restaurant will host a special event titled 'Cock Fight,' featuring renowned Michelin two-star chef Jun Lee from South Korea, offering a six-course menu that reinterprets classic fried chicken.
