German Media: Russia Bypasses EU Sanctions, China Responsible for 80%

According to a report by German media, the EU sanctions against Russia have significantly impacted the country's economy, particularly regarding the export of goods through third countries.
German television news stated that EU sanctions commissioner David O'Sullivan noted that China (including Hong Kong) is responsible for approximately 80% of the sanction evasion activities. Additionally, the report indicated that China still denies its involvement.
Oleh Ivashchenko, head of the Ukrainian intelligence agency, revealed that China continues to supply crucial military materials to Russia, including machinery and explosives. In response, the EU has sanctioned seven Chinese companies, but the specific figures and routes for sanction evasion remain undisclosed.
