As the world faces challenges such as energy transition and climate change, the 25th EY World Entrepreneur Awards were held in Monte Carlo, Monaco, recognizing leaders with innovative thinking and sustainable impact. The highest honor this year was awarded to Stina Ehrensvärd, the founder of Swedish tech company Yubico, which provides security services to over 160 countries. Hsiu Yi-Te, General Manager of Huacheng Electric, represented Taiwan at the ceremony and won the 2024 EY Entrepreneur Award, showcasing notable achievements in smart manufacturing and energy technology.

Hsiu emphasizes the importance of solving customer problems and has successfully transformed his company by integrating systematic management. Huacheng Electric has also demonstrated research and development capabilities in energy-efficient products, practicing the concept that "manufacturing itself is sustainable." This event gathered representatives from 43 countries to exchange experiences and ideas.
