Canada Food Festival Makes Its Mark: Enjoy Mouthwatering Steaks with Chances to Win Flight Tickets

The event features delectable dishes such as grilled ribeye steak, short ribs, and maple salmon, all sourced from Canada. Ding Bo-Wei, the hotel’s assistant manager, emphasized that the festival aims to promote high-quality Canadian agricultural products, seafood, and beef, highlighting the uniform marbling and tender texture of the beef.
Gao Shao-Jun, the market development director for the Canada Beef Association in Taiwan, noted that Canada has ample grazing land and excellent water quality, producing high-quality beef. He also explained the beef grading system, which includes the Prime and AAA grades. The Canada Food Festival runs until May 25, with a raffle offering a round-trip ticket from Hong Kong to Vancouver.
